A new standard for the everyday
For brothers Max and Zach, design has always been a quiet obsession, whether through technology, architecture, or real estate. One day, while sitting in a beautifully designed home, every detail felt intentional. Every line, every texture, every color, perfectly balanced.
Except one thing.
A bulky, patterned tissue box sat on the counter, breaking the harmony of the space.
Once noticed, it couldn’t be unseen. In elegant homes, luxury hotels, and sleek offices, the same unpleasant tissue box appeared again and again. It was surprising that something so ordinary, used every day, had been left untouched for decades. The shape, the patterns, the waste, all unchanged and uninspired.
Determined to create something better, Max and Zach looked to the art of origami for inspiration, designing a sculpted, foldable, and disposable tissue box that was elegant, minimal, and kind to the planet.
From that idea, Tessara was born.
